Claudia Galata
Owner & Entrepreneur | Founder of Sanity Divas Cleaning Services
I began my journey in the cleaning industry at 19, growing up and building my business in the Bay Area. For over 30 years, I worked hands-on in every aspect of the industry while raising three children and growing my company.
Having experienced the work firsthand gave me a deep appreciation for the people behind the business and a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver quality service.
I transformed Claudia's Cleaning Service into Sanity Divas Cleaning Services, building on years of experience, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
Bringing Mario on as a manager and later as a business partner added valuable business knowledge and leadership. Claudia Aguirre has also become an important part of our team, allowing me to gradually step back from daily operations and focus more on overseeing and guiding the company's continued growth.
Mario Martinez
Business Owner
Professional with over 10 years of experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership in service companies. Joined Sanity Divas in 2017 to oversee the day-to-day Operations and Manage our teams. Comes with a background in Customer Service. And became a business partner in 2021.
He is currently in charge of scheduling and customer service and back office work for the company.

Hello! My name is Claudia Aguirre, and I'm the Operations Manager at Sanity Divas. I've been with the company for three years, and I truly enjoy helping create clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.
Providing excellent service and making sure every home feels fresh, comfortable, and cared for are always my top priorities. I'm passionate about what I do and love being able to make a positive difference in our clients' lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, reading, and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family. These are some of the things that bring me the most happiness and inspiration.
I'm always happy to help with anything you may need to make your home a better place for you and your family!
